Strawberry Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

• 2 c. chopped strawberries
• 1 medium avocado, chopped (1-1 1/2 cups)
• 1/2 c. chopped cilantro
• 1 large jalapeño, chopped
• 1/3 c. finely chopped red onion
• juice of 1 lime
• 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir gently.
