Cream of mushroom gravy

  • 2 Tbsp. meatloaf droppings
  • 3 cups mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp.. flour
  • 1-1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

Put meatloaf droppings in skillet
Add rest of the ingredients and cook on medium heat.
Stir occasionally until gravy thickens a little.
