Chicken Asparagus roll ups

- boneless chicken
- apricot jam
Cook asparagus for 2 min. (steam)
Season with oil, pepper ( toss it with hands)
Season boneless chicken breast ( pounded flat) with salt and pepper.
Roll the asparagus in chicken.
Mix together apricot jam, olive oil, lemon and brush on chicken. ( tie together if necessary)
Serve with Couscous made with chopped mango and carrot slivers.
