Ingredients

  • 1 Cup each any 3 types of Lindsay Olives, drained
  • 1 pt cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Herves de Provence (if you can't find this, mix rosemary, thyme & basil)
  • 8 whole garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat opven to 425F
Lay out all ingredients on a sheet pan and toss to combine.
Roast the mixture in oven for 15-20 min or until the tomatoes are shriveled and lightl;y browned. cool mixture on the sheet pan and you're done. Serve at room temperature.
