  • 1 chicken, cut it to 12 pieces
  • 1 packet of LaRasa Ayam Goreng Bumbu Ungkep 25 gr
  • 500 ml water
  • 200 gr grated young galangal,
  • Cooking oil (as you wish)

Step 1

- Boil water, put LaRasa Ayam Goreng Bumbu ungkep 25g, add chicken pieces, stir them well.
- Cook the chicken for 15 minutes untill the falvors sink in, then lift the chicken
- Fry the chicken with hot oil until the color changes to golden brown. Lift and drain them
- Serve the chicken with a sprinkling galangal
