Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soda
- 3 1/4 cup flour

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, salt and soda; set aside.
In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Add dry ingredients.
Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
