Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) frozen hash brown potatoes, frozen, thawed
  • 1 can(s) canned, condensed ,cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz Cache Valley Shreds Shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup(s) uncooked onion(s), diced
  • 1/2 cup(s) regular butter, melted
  • 16 oz sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients, adding salt & pepper to taste.
2. Spray 2 qt. baking dish wih Pam.
3. Bake, covered, in 2 qt. Baking Disk at 375 for 45 minutes
