  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, coarsely minced.
  • Lemon Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • EVOO
  • Coarse salt and black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cut cauliflower into florets and put in single layer in an oven proof dish. Toss in garlic, sprinkle with lemon juice, drizzle with oil. Sprinkle salt & pepper. Roast 400 uncovered for 30 mins or unitl lightly brown, remove from oven, sprinkle generously with cheese.
