  • 1 white cake mix with pudding (Pillsbury)
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 12 oz bag frozen coconut

Step 1

Bake cake in 9x13 pan per pkg directions. When done, poke several holes in cake. In a bowl, mix coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk and spoon over cake. let set until liquid soaks into cake. Mix frozen coconut and Cool Whip and frost cake. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top. Refrigerate.
