Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes, or red bliss potatoes
- 1 tbs grated onion
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tbs chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice potatoes and place in ungreased 2 qt baking dish. In small saucepan, heat butter, onion, salt, thyme and pepper until butter is melted. Drizzle over potatoes. Cover and bake at 425 for 45 min. Sprinkle w/cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered 15 min longer or until cheese melts.
