Ingredients
- 2 trimmed pork tenderloins
- 4 tbs flour
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup whipping cream 4 tbs butter or margarine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Slice tenderloin crosswise into ½ thick medallions. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add meat and sear lightly to seal. Don't let the meat stick to the pan. Add flour; stir until mixed with butter. Add garlic and cider. Stir until mixture thickens. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Remove from heat; add parsley and cream. Serve immediately.
