- 2 * 2 pounds medium waxy potatoes, whole and unpeeled
- 1 * 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 3 * 3 tablespoons butter
- * A handful or two of chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Salt it and add the potatoes. Cook until tender. Drain and peel. Toss with the butter and parsley to coat. Serve.
