Jan's Molded Shrimp Spread

Ingredients

  • 1

    can cream of mushroom soup

  • 6

    oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1

    envelope unflavored gelatin

  • 1

    c. celery, finely chopped

  • 8

    oz. shrimp, finely chopped

  • 1

    c. mayonnaise

  • a little chopped green onion

Directions

Mix soup, cream cheese & gelatin, and heat until smooth. Cool a little bit. Add rest of ingredients and put into a rinsed mold (the fresh rinse water will keep it from sticking) and refrigerate until firm. Unmold onto plate and serve with crackers. Can substitute cream of celery soup and crab
