Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 2-1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. EACH baking soda & baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 15-oz. can pumpkin puree
- 6 oz. chocolate chips (I like mini)
- 2/3 about 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 about 1 Tb. apple juice
- Beat with a small wire whisk; adjusting sugar or juice until drizzle consistency

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheets.
Beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add pumpkin and dry ingredients alternately to sugar/egg mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets. (don't spread very much) Bake about 10 min. or until edges are set. Remove to wire racks and drizzle with glaze (These freeze well, but glaze gets sticky then)
