Ingredients
- In a bowl. Mix together
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. each baking soda and salt. Stir in 1 cup sour cream.
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tbsp. melted butter.

Preparation
Step 1
Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 425deg. For 20 minutes or until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut in 16 squares. Best served warm
