Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • large can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 t. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 t. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 sticks margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together first 6 ingredients until well mixed and pour into a greased 13" x 9" pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle chopped pecans over cake mix.
Thinly slice margarine over pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
