Ingredients
- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 serrano pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
