Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t sesame oil
- 2 1/2 t cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 t minced fresh ginger
- 3/4 lb. flank steak
- 1 medium head broccoli
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1/2 C chicken stock
- 2 T oyster-flavored sauce

Step 1
Make marinade for meat by measuring soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar and sesame oil into medium size bowl. Add cornstarch and blend. Stir in the garlic and ginger.
Trim any fat or gristle from the steak. Cut meat into 1 1/2 inches long and not quite 1/4 inch thick. Stir into marinade. Cover bowl with plastic and set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes.
While meat marinades, cut the broccoli into small florets.
Heat a wok or large saute pan until hot.Drizzle oil and stir fry meat first then broccoli with chicken stock. Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover the pan and stir in the meat and oyster sauce.
