Beefy Italian Casserole
- 2 pounds ground beef (or 1 beef 1 pork)
- 16 oz spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
- 12 oz mozarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 tbls butter, melted
Season and brown meat and drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and heat until bubbling. Combine mozzarella and sour cream.
Pour beef mixture into 13x9 pan. Spoon cheese mixture over beef. Separate crescent rolls into rectangles and cover cheese. Combine parmesan and butter and sprinkle over rolls.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
