Pork and beef Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 pkg non cook lasagna noodles
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat over high heat until brown, then drain fat. Stir in pasta sauce and diced tomatoes.
Combine ricotta cheese, egg ad italian seasoning in small bowl and mix well.
Spoon 1 cup sauce into bottom of a 13x9 pan. Arrange noodles over sauce, then top noodles with 1/3 of ricotta mixture then 1/3 of remaining meat sauce and 1 cup mozzarella. Repeat layer 2 more times.
Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes.
