Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 T grated onion
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 2 T Parmesan cheese
  • salt and white pepper
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
  • paprika
  • pita bread, cut into triangles and toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Blend first 5 ingredients. Season. Drain artichokes and chop. Stir into mayonnaise mixture. Spoon into 2 cup capacity ovenproof bowl. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
