- 2 stick margarine
- Ice Cream:
- 8 eggs, separated
- 3 tsp lemon rind
- 2/3 c lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 rich whip

Beat whip and fold to yolks. Beat whites and fold into rest.
