Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew
- 1 T. salt
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T. onion powder
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 2 T. sofrito
- 2 Tb. Canola oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 c. carrots, cut in chunks
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 envelope Goya sazon seasoning
- 6 potatoes, cut in chunks
- 2 tablespoons pimiento-stuffed green olives
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 2 cups hot water
