Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10-ounce) can VALLEY FRESH® Chunk Chicken, drained
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 2-quart casserole.
2. In large bowl, combine broccoli, soup, chicken, mayonnaise, cheese, curry powder and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
3. Bake casserole 40 minutes or until golden brown, hot and bubbly.
