Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

• 1cup1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach
• 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups thawed, chopped frozen (or jarred) artichoke hearts
• 6oz6 oz cream cheese
• 1/4cup1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4cup1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/3cup1/3 cup grated parmesan
• 1/21/2 teas red pepper flakes
• 1/41/4 teas salt
• 1/41/4 teas garlic poweder

Step 1

Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup water until tender; drain. Discard liquid. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute till soft and hot. Stir in rest of ingreadients and serve hot.
