Pineapple Pecan Cake with Cream...

One-Bowl Apple Cake

Ingredients

2 parts pineapple juice
1 part Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka
Splash of Grenadine
Unpeeled fresh pineapple slice for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pineapple juice and vodka. Shake with ice. Strain into martini glass. Splash of grenadine and let accumulate on bottom of glass.

Garnish with pineapple slice.
