Potato Knishes (makes 3 long rolls)

Ingredients
- Dough:
- 5 c flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 c water
- Filling:
- 3-4 onions, chopped
- 1/2 c oil
- 15 small potatoes (4 c mashed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3-4 dashes pepper
- Coffee rich
- Margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Dough: Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.
Make well and put water in. Mix well.
Cover and let sit for 15 min. Divide into 4 in rectangles. Pour oil on dough.
Filling: Bake ½ hour and freeze for 45 min.
