Ingredients

  • Top:
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 sticks marg
  • 8 T water
  • 3 c flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 16 oz thin noodles, cooked
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c oil
  • 5 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Small jar of apricot jelly

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and put dough in fridge for a few hours. Divide in half, put half of half in each square pan.

Combine topping ingredients and put on top of dough in pan. Roll out remaining dough and cover noodle mixture.

Bake for 1 hr at 350°.
