Mamaw's sweet potatoes

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 29 oz can sweet potatoes
• 1 15 oz can sweet potatoes
• 3/4 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 small can evaporated milk
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• marshmellows
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Drain juice and heat potatoes. Mash with fork. Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased casserole dish and cookf for 30 min. @ 325. Spread topping and then place marshmellows on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
