Ingredients
- 18 garden tomatoes (boil in H20 to loosen peel)
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 12oz cans of tomato paste
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp basil
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 2 green peppers
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 2 large onions

Preparation
Step 1
If too strong add tomato soup.
Blend all ingredients. Slowly bring to a boil in heavy pot, stirring constantly.
Place in oven for 1 hour @ 350 covered. Remove fromoven , cool and put into freezer containers.
