Bacon Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 6 oz. bacon, cooked & diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 t. paprika
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 2 t. butter
- oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
Salute the onions in butter and add salt and pepper.
When onions start to brown add the paprika and beef and cook until browned.
Allow the meat mixture to cool.
When cool, add the cheese and bacon and mix well.
spoon 2-3 tablespoons of mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
Fold and roll the wrapper tightly, dampening the last corner and pressing to seal.
In 1/2 in. of oil heated to 350 degrees fry each egg roll until each side is browned.
Drain on a paper towel.
