- 2 large apples or a handful of crabapples, cored
- 12 ounces Anchor Porter
- 2 ounces Sherry or Port
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Grated cinnamon, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake apples until soft, 30–40 minutes. Squeeze out pulp and discard skins.
Heat 12 ounces Anchor Porter, Sherry or Port, and brown sugar in a small pot over low heat. Pour into two mugs. Fluff apple pulp with a fork and divide between mugs. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
