Ingredients
- 3 lbs. potatoes, peeled, boiled to tender but not mushy, and cooled thoroughly
- 1-11/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, 3 chopped, 1 sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup real bacon pieces
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except sliced eggs and paprika and mix well. Add additional mayonnaise, onion salt or celery salt to taste keeping in mind that flavors enhance as salad sets. Top with sliced eggs and sprinkle with paprika for color. Refrigerate and serve well-chilled.
