Ingredients
- 3 ears Fresh Corn
- 1 Red pepper, cut up
- 1 Onion, chopped
- Dash of cayenne
- 1 cup Half and half

Preparation
Step 1
Take corn off ear. Saute onion and red pepper till limp. Add corn and cayenne, cover with water. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, put into blender and puree. Place into pot add half and half.
