Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes (5 to 7) or 1 - 30 oz can
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup milk
• dash cinnamon
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1

Mash potatoes and blend with spices. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over casserole of potatoes. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
