• 4 cups sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
• 5 eggs
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 stick butter
• 1 can condensed milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 pie crust (9 inch) uncooked

Step 1

Combine sweet potatoes, eggs, evaporated milk, butter, condensed milk, and sugar. Mix until smooth in a blender or food processor and then add vanilla. Pour mixture into uncooked pie crusts and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until done.
