- 2 c. rhubarb, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Cook over stove until thick. Pour into pie crust and bake in 350 oven about 20 mins.
Can be served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
