Ingredients
- lb. loaf:
- 1 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 c. apple juice or the reserved juice from canned peaches
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1/4 c. miller's bran
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 c. peeled, pitted, and chopped peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned, well drained)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. grated nutmeg
- 1/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp. yeast

- 1/2 c. oats
- 2 Tbsp. juice
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting and press start.
After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
