Swiss and Bacon Bread Bowl Dip
- 8 slices center cut bacon, chopped
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 rounded teaspoons prepared Dijon style mustard
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 1 round bread
Brown bacon in frying pan, drain on paper towels. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonaise, Dijon,Swiss and scallions with cooked bacon. Transfer to hollowed out round bread, saving the inside of the bread for dipping. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
