Spinach-Artichoke Dip in a Football

Ingredients
- 3 Tubes French bread dough (Pillsbury)
- 1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 15-oz cans artichoke hearts
- 1 8-oz block cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C shredded white Cheddar
- 1/2 C shredded parmesan
- 1/2 C ricotta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- kosher salt & pepper to taste
- Bread or crackers for dipping

Step 1
For Football:
Roll out 1 tube of dough onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Form a football shape with the other two tubes.
Toothpick the ends to keep shape.
Trim excess & use for football laces.
Brush with egg wash -- bake at 350F till lightly golden.
Filling:
Mix: Spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, white cheddar, parmesan, and garlic.... season with salt & pepper to taste..
Transfer dip to lightly baked football shape and bake till golden and bubbly-- about 15-20 mins at 350F
