Stir-Fried Pork with Ginger, Red Pepper & Raisins

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
- 4 pork loin chops, cut into thin strips
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped ginger
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) raisins
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) snow peas
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
- 2 tsp (10 mL) sesame oil

Step 1
Heat the oil in a large saute pan or wok. Brown the pork for 2-4 minutes.
Add the garlic, ginger, raisins, red pepper, snow peas, and half the green onions. Continue to saute for another 4 minutes.
Make a hole in the center of the vegetables and pork and add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Add the remaining green onions.
