Spinach Artichoke Alfredo Pizza
- 1/2 pint(1 c) heavy cream
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 T cream cheese
- 3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese shredded
- 6 oz fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 can of artichoke hearts, rinsed and squeezed dry, chopped
- your favorite pizza crust

Preheat oven to 425 if youre using homemade dough. If youre using a tube of premade, follow the directions on the tube.
In a med saucepan over low heat, stir together the cream, butter, and cream cheese until fully melted.
Stir in the parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Continue to cook and stir for 15 min.
Meanwhile place spinach in a sauté pan with a T of water over med high heat and sauté until wilted.
Once spinach is fully wilted, place it onto a clean towel and wring out all the water. Add it to the sauce.
Spread the sauce over the crust. Place artichoke pieces over sauce then top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 min or until you start to see the cheese browning. Let sit 5 min before slicing.
