Ingredients
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 Tablespoon salt
- 1/2 Tablespoon pepper
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- chives
- cooked bacon pieces
- shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Put first five ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 6 hours or on high 4 hours.
In skillet, make roux with butter and flour. Whisk in heavy cream and sour cream. Cook on low 30 minutes longer.
Serve with chives, bacon and cheese on top.
