A family favorite! Mom made the mistake of using non-fat ingredients one time and wondered why she had leftovers. The low-fat sour cream and low-fat cheese just didn't cut it! Go for all the calories!

Ingredients
- In 13 x 9 pan, put:
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns (not the shredded type)
- Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over the potatoes.
- Mix together in a bowl, then spread over potatoes:
- 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Salt & Pepper
- Mix together in another bowl, then sprinkle over cheese mixture.
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 stick melted butter
