Ingredients

  • 2 lb shredded frozen hash browns
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c Helman's mayo or sour cream
  • 2 c crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 stick melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw potatoes. Add all other ingrediants except corn flakes and melted butter. Mix well and put in a 9 x 13 pan.

Top with corn flakes and butter.

Bake 1 hour at 350 (325 in glass dish)
