Steinhilber's Tuna Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 TBS dillweed
• 1 pkg Good Season Italian Dressing Mix (dry)
• 1 tsp honey

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Warm for a minute or so in microwave to blend flavors. Reserve some marinade for pouring over cooked tuna. Pour over tuna and marinate for a few hours. Remove from marinade and grill tuna.
