Ingredients
- Pie crust
- 2 cans (1 lb 13 oz) sliced peaches, drained
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 3 T butter
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425
Mix dry ingrediants then mix in peaches.
Turn in to pastry shell, dot with butter.
Cover with top crust and cover edge with foil (remove last 15 minutes of baking.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until crust is brown and bubbling through slits.
