Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup meat stock
- 2 cups meat

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the onion and celery in small pieces.
Cut cooked beef in small pieces.
If you do not have enough meat stock you can use beef granules and water to make enough.
Mix all ingredients together and cook until celery and onions are tender and it is thick enough to put on buns.
This freezes well.
