Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 large yukon potatoes, scrubbed and cubed

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees

2. In a large bowl, combine everything but potatoes. Add potatoes and toss until evenly coated. Place potatoes in a single layer on parchment lined baking sheet.

3. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes.
