  • 2 teaspoons of finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lightly packed fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 black pepper
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil



Step 1

Add first 6 items to a bender and with machine running gradually blend in oil.
